Texas Risk Reduction Program
Provides information on the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP).
The Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rule (30 TAC 350) and conforming rule changes were published in the Texas Register on September 17, 1999 and became effective on September 23, 1999. The rule establishes response action requirements for the corrective action program areas of the TCEQ.

Revised Affected Property Assessment ReportThe Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) form was revised based on stakeholder's comments. If you submitted an APAR using the August 2001 version prior to September 1, 2005, you may continue using the old form for amendments until the TCEQ approves your APAR. Do not mix the two forms in one report. In addition to the full report that includes the instructions and prescribed tables, a second file of just the APAR tables is available for your use.
