Use these data files, which are compressed in ZIP format (Help with Downloading Files), with WRAP
(the Water Rights Analysis Package; what’s WRAP?):

- For new term water rights and amendments, use the current conditions data set. The current conditions data set includes return flows.

What’s WRAP?
WRAP is an application for predicting whether water will be available — and, if so, when and where — under a variety of conditions. This application is maintained by Dr. Ralph Wurbs
of Texas A&M University. Dr. Wurbs also maintains guides for using WRAP
.
