Air PBR 106.261: Facilities (Emission Limitations)

Facilities, or physical or operational changes to a facility, that satisfy the general conditions of Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Section 106.4 and the specific conditions of 30 TAC Section 106.261 are permitted by rule.
