Operator Training–The TCEQ passed new rules in 2011 that set Aug. 8, 2012, as the deadline for UST systems to have designated and trained Class A, Class B, and Class C operators.

–This EPA booklet will help you learn how to use inventory control to illustrate compliance with regulatory requirements. Please note that the booklet states you will need to maintain records for one year; however, according to 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 334, owners and operators are required to keep inventory control records for at least five years.
