Description: A Chapter 115 Stakeholder Group meeting has been scheduled provide stakeholders with information about the Chapter 115 VOC Reasonably Available Control Technology Rule Revision project and to solicit stakeholder input on related issues. Topics of discussion include a general overview of the rule project, the technological and economic feasibility of the CTG recommendations, stakeholder input on implementation issues, stakeholder suggested alternatives to the emission controls recommended in the CTG documents, and potential revisions to 30 TAC Chapter 115, Subchapter E, Divisions 2 and 3 (Surface Coating Processes and Flexographic and Rotogravure Printing).
